NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN HIGHLEVEL’S MONTHLY AFFILIATE CONTESTS (“CONTEST”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Eligibility: The Contest is open to all registered participants of HighLevel's Affiliate Program. Endorsed affiliates are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of HighLevel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by HighLevel Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Contest, entrant accepts these Contest Rules and the winner decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion. To be eligible to win, entrants must comply with these Contest Rules and be in compliance with HighLevel’s Terms of Service and Affiliate Agreement. Additionally, all submissions must be compliant with the terms of the conditions of the applicable social media platform on which your content submission is posted.
Contest Period: Each Contest will run for a period designated by HighLevel (the "Contest Period"). To be eligible for a given Contest, content must be both created by the entrant and publicly posted during the Contest Period; content posted outside the Contest Period is not eligible. Winners will be selected after the Contest Period ends and notified via email. HighLevel reserves the right to change the Contest Period in its sole discretion without notice.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, submit the official submission form with all required information, including a link to your published content. Each submission must be original content created by the entrant and posted during the applicable Contest Period. Submissions must not contain spam or AI-generated content. HighLevel will specify the submission limit for each Contest Period; unless otherwise stated, there is no limit on the number of submissions per entrant. Any content promoting HighLevel must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with HighLevel as an affiliate in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (for example, using #ad or a similar clear disclosure). All submitted content must be published and publicly accessible; content that is posted in private, unlisted, or restricted mode, or that is accessible only through direct permission or invitation, is not eligible. By entering, you agree that HighLevel may repost, share, and otherwise distribute your submission for the purposes of marketing HighLevel and the Contest.
Submission Representations: By submitting content, entrant represents and warrants that the content is original, created solely by the entrant, and does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. HighLevel's rights to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and otherwise exploit entrant's submissions and Affiliate Content are as set forth in the HighLevel Affiliate Agreement, which governs and is incorporated by reference. Nothing in these Contest Rules limits or narrows the license and permissions granted by entrant under that Agreement.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be chosen based on criteria determined by HighLevel in its sole and absolute discretion, which may include, without limitation, the creativity, quality, originality, relevance, accuracy of brand messaging, audience engagement, call-to-action effectiveness, or overall impact of the submission. The judging criteria, the composition of any judging panel, the method of evaluation, and the number of winners are determined by HighLevel and are subject to change at any time in its sole discretion. Judging may occur in multiple stages, including initial review by affiliate managers and final selection by a HighLevel judging panel. All judging decisions are final and binding. Winners are subject to adherence to these Contest Rules. HighLevel may publicly announce the winners via email, the affiliate community, and strategy sessions. If a selected winner is determined to be in violation of these Contest Rules, or if a selected winner resides in a jurisdiction where such contests are prohibited or is not considered a legal adult, prize money will not be distributed, and HighLevel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
PRIZES: Each Contest, prizes will be awarded in the following tiers based on the judged quality of eligible submissions: two (2) Grand Prizes of $1,000 USD each, five (5) Runner-Up Prizes of $500 USD each, and ten (10) Participation Prizes of $250 USD each. HighLevel reserves the right to modify the number of prizes and prize amounts for each Contest Period in its sole discretion. In addition to cash prizes, HighLevel may, at its discretion, award non-cash prizes or benefits such as event tickets, early access to promotions, or other recognition. Prizes will be paid via the winning Affiliates' HighLevel Account. Prizes may be forfeited if HighLevel is unable to submit payment to the winning Affiliate's HighLevel Account for any reason. As a condition of receiving a prize, a winner may be required to complete and return a Form W-9 (or other applicable tax form) before payment is issued. Winners are responsible for all taxes and reporting requirements related to any prizes received from the Contest.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, or if the Contest is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrants who are found to have tampered with the entry process, interfered with operation of the Contest, violated the Contest Rules, or otherwise behaved in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, but in no event will Sponsor's liability exceed $1,000 USD, nor will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be subject to the arbitration clause in HighLevel’s Terms of Service. These Contest Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
PRIVACY: All information collected by entrants to subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
