What should I look for in a business coach?

Honestly, a great coach is a lot of things — but most importantly, they’re a trusted guide who cares about your growth and success.

But this can and should appear different from person to person. 

So when you’re evaluating whether your coach is the right fit for you, we recommend that you ask yourself the following questions: 

• Do they meet me where I am?
• Do they know where I’m headed?
• Can they hold a long term vision while helping me fix existing problems?
• Do they make me more curious about my business?
• Do they hold me accountable?
• Do they make things easier for me?

If you answered ‘no’ to any of the above questions, there’s a good chance that you’d be better off with a different mentor.
