If you are new to chiro, {{contact.first_name}}, you may never have heard of the diversified technique.
Introduced by Joseph Janse in his 1947 book ‘Chiropractic Principles and Technique,” the diversified technique is one of the most common techniques in chiropractic care, and involves your chiropractor manually applying pressure through the targeted vertebral segment to restore proper mobility.
Despite the famous ‘popping’ sound this technique elicits, it is perfectly safe and incorporates a wide range of chiropractic adjustments aimed at correcting vertebral segments.
These adjustments involve delivering a quick thrust to the joints, either by hand or with the assistance of a block or table.
In our world, this is known as a high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustment.
It's all about getting that precise angle, and hitting the correct depth, direction and speed to give you the relief you need.
Since this technique specifically targets back pain, let us know if you are laboring under some pain of your own, and we’ll show you the diversified technique in person :)
