When we work out, we strive for balance.
Strength training is important.
But equally important is endurance training.
Why?
Because endurance training, like strength training, reduces the risk of chronic disease, boosts metabolism, and inspires self-confidence.
But here we are working different muscle groups, different parts of the body, and at different intervals.
Interesting things happen:
Go for a night-time run, and watch your quality of sleep skyrocket.
Go for a morning run, and watch as you feel more energized, and for longer, throughout the day.
Sleep better and be more productive during the day?
That’s a win…
But what if we could also look younger?
Well, here’s one more benefit of endurance training:
It increases your body's production of HGH – or human growth hormone, which, from what we understand, has some pretty potent anti-ageing properties.
Hmmm, maybe that’s why the folks at our gym don’t seem to age…

P.S.
We’ll be looking into the mystery. You are welcome – no, encouraged – to come down and help us solve it – we’ve found a clue somewhere between the treadmill and the elliptical.
