When was the last time you had your HVAC system serviced, {{contact.first_name}}?
It’s an essential, but easy, service to overlook – especially when there doesn’t seem to be any apparent problem.
“Look, Marge, the heater is working perfectly!”
But the HVAC blue book – we’ve got extra copies if you want one – states that an HVAC system ought to receive service twice a year:
At the beginning of each heating/cooling season.
So, as spring is wrapping up, have your AC unit looked at – in the fall, your heater.
Why spring and fall?
Well, because, in our experience, folks tend to leave HVAC servicing to the last minute, so we are pretty slammed in the summer and winter months.
We will have a long list of items to test, inspect, clean, and adjust, so booking service early is a good idea.
(At long last, the early bird really does get the worm.)
