What would a physiotherapist do for me anyways?

These may be geared toward rehabilitation, strength training, flexibility — or a combination of all three.
A good physiotherapist will then design a program that best fits your goals and needs.
This program will outline what treatments and exercises will put you in the best position to achieve your health goals.
Through regular sessions over time, your physiotherapist will:
- Reassess your condition
- Monitor your improvement
- Rework your treatment plan as your condition changes and improves
Simply put, a physiotherapist will help you improve your strength and mobility — and your quality of life too, of course!
