Drip, drip, drip…
Most people don’t really think about the roof over their head.
That is, until it springs a leak!
The panic sets in and you scramble to find pots and bowls to catch the dripping water.
Now what?
Thankfully, not all leaks necessitate a total roof replacement — whether you repair it or replace it typically depends on the severity of the damage.
If your roof is relatively new, some missing or damaged shingles are usually cost-effective to repair.
On the other hand, if the damage is extensive or your roof is getting up there in age, a partial or complete replacement may be in order.
So, if you suspect damage or your roof is overdue for some TLC, don’t hesitate to reply to this email or give us a call to book some time with us :)
