How often should I practice yoga?

Your lifestyle, obligations, fitness level, and personal goals will impact how much yoga you practice each week.
If you are trying to lose body fat, you might practice yoga several times per week.
On the other hand, if you are trying to supplement your existing workout regimen with relaxing flows, perhaps only once or twice.
There is no set amount of yoga that you should practice — but if you want to make it routine, we recommend doing it at least 2-3 times per week and combining it with other forms of exercise.
So gather your mat, yoga belt, cork bricks and bolster cushions and we’ll see you at the studio ;)
