A. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to all registered participants of HighLevel's Affiliate Program ("Entrants"). Entrants must use their unique HighLevel referral link for the ticket sales made for the HighLevel Summit 2025 (https://summit.gohighlevel.com/). They must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of HighLevel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

B. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by HighLevel Inc. ("Sponsor").

C. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Contest, an Entrant accepts these Contest Rules and the winner decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding, and at Sponsor's sole discretion. To be eligible to win rewards, Entrants must comply with these Contest Rules and be in compliance with HighLevel's Terms of Service and Affiliate Agreement.

D. Contest Period: Start Date: April 1st, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST. End Date: August 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Special Incentive Period: HighLevel may schedule certain duration throughout the Contest Period where triple points will be awarded for qualifying sales. The start date and end date will be notified over email and also posted on the HighLevel Affiliate Community. Highlevel maintains its sole discretion to determine such Special Incentive Periods. HighLevel reserves the right to change the Contest Period and the Special Incentive Period in its sole discretion without notice.

E. How Does the Contest Work: Participants must be registered with HighLevel Affiliate's Program and use the unique referral link for driving the ticket sales for the HighLevel Summit 2025. The unique referral link for this Contest will be made available by HighLevel and it is Entrant's responsibility to use the link correctly. HighLevel attributes ticket sales through these unique referral links.

Points are earned as follows:

1 point per General Admission (GA) ticket sold for HighLevel Summit 2025.

2 points per VIP ticket sold for HighLevel Summit 2025.

During the Special Incentive Period, points are tripled: 3 points per GA ticket, 6 points per VIP ticket.

Only sales confirmed and paid for during the Contest Period count toward points. Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent sales will not earn points.

Point Tracking:

Points are calculated and tracked automatically via HighLevel's internal system.

Participants will get notified about their points and the Levels that they have unlocked via email and/or displayed within the HighLevel Affiliate Community.

In case of disputes, HighLevel's records will be considered final.

Reward Tiers: Participants earn rewards as set out below upon reaching the following point milestones:

Level 1 (1 Point): Digital badge and recognition in the HighLevel affiliate community.

Level 2 (5 Points): Highlevel swag pack

Level 3 (10 Points): 3-month HighLevel Pro-plan subscription starting from the subsequent month.

Level 4 (20 points): VIP ticket for HighLevel Summit 2025.

Please note: Rewards are cumulative; participants receive all the rewards for the Levels that they achieve (e.g., reaching 20 points earns rewards for Level 1, 2, 3 and 4).

Reward Fulfillment:

Notification: Participants will be notified via email.

Delivery: Digital rewards will be issued electronically to the Affiliate. Physical rewards will be shipped to the address provided in the affiliate's account.

Restrictions:

a. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly allowed by HighLevel in writing.

b. Participants must maintain an active affiliate account in good standing to receive rewards.

c. Participants must claim their Level 2, 3 and 4 rewards before the expiry of the Contest Period.

d. HighLevel is not responsible for any incorrect use of the unique referral link.

e. HighLevel is not responsible for non-delivery of rewards due to incorrect contact information or any reasons beyond HighLevel's control.

F. Selection of Winners and notification: Contest reward winners will be chosen based on criteria determined at HighLevel's sole and absolute discretion and subject to Entrant's adherence to these Contest Rules. Criteria is subject to change. HighLevel will announce the winners posting within the HighLevel Affiliate Community portal. If a selected winner is determined to be in violation of these Contest Rules, or if a selected winner resides in a jurisdiction where such contests are prohibited or the selected winner is not considered a legal adult, prize money will not be distributed, and HighLevel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

G. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, or if the Contest is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrants who are found to have tampered with the entry process, interfered with operation of the Contest, violated the Contest Rules, or otherwise behaved in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

H. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, but in no event will Sponsor's liability exceed $500USD, nor will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any punitive, consequential or indirect damages.

I. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be subject to the arbitration clause in HighLevel's Terms of Service. These Contest Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
