What Happens After I Enroll in the Program?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the private community where all learning materials are hosted (this is not in your HighLevel University). You'll also receive welcome emails with details on accessing the community, getting started with your coursework, and making the most of your certification journey.
Do I Have to Recertify Every Year?
No. Your HighLevel Admin Badge is valid for two years from the date you pass the live proctor exam. To stay certified, you must earn at least two additional skills badges per year. If your HighLevel subscription ends, your certification becomes inactive, and your name is removed from the directory.
How Do I Earn More Badges?
The Certified Admin course is your gateway to earning more badges. Once you master the foundational course and pass the exams, you’ll unlock the opportunity to dive into specialized lessons and showcase your skills.
What If I Want My Whole Agency Certified?

I Passed the Live Proctor (Part B) but Had to Cancel My Certification Subscription. Do I Need to Retake the Live Proctor to Reactivate My Directory Listing and Regain Access?
If you re-enroll within 90 days, you can reactivate your certification without needing to retake the Live Proctor. However, if more than 90 days have passed, you’ll need to retake the Live Proctor exam to regain access and restore your directory listing. We’re here to support you in getting recertified!
What If I Don’t Care About Being in the Directory and Just Want the Courses?
While the directory listing is optional, passing the Live Proctor exam is required to unlock skills badges and maintain certification. If you have concerns about the process, let us know. We’re happy to see how we can accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis while ensuring you get the most out of your certification.
