2️⃣ Customize Settings – Give it a name, choose your preferred voice and language

You can tailor your agent’s behavior and personality to align with your brand:

  • Choose from multiple AI-generated voices (and preview them instantly)

  • Personalize greetings using contact data like name, email, or phone number

  • Connect a Knowledge Base so your agent can provide real-time, accurate responses about your business, pricing, services, and more

Don’t have a knowledge base yet? No problem—create one right from the setup screen.

Setting Goals and Triggering Workflows with Voice AI

Once your agent is customized, define its goals and automations:

✅ Choose what actions should happen after a call ends (e.g., trigger a workflow)
