Create a feedback survey in HighLevel
1️⃣ Go to Sites on the left menu and select Surveys.
2️⃣ Choose a template or create a new survey from scratch.
3️⃣ Add a Rating element so clients can rate their overall experience.
4️⃣ Give your survey a clear name and click Save.
Build the primary referral workflow in HighLevel
1️⃣ Head over to Automation and click Create Workflow to start from scratch.
2️⃣ Add a new trigger using Survey Submitted and pick your feedback survey.
3️⃣ Add a condition filter so the workflow only continues if the rating is greater than 3 stars.
4️⃣ Add an action step to Send SMS thanking the client and including a link to your referral capture form.
5️⃣ Click Publish and Save in the top right corner.
Track new leads with a second referral workflow in HighLevel
1️⃣ Create a second workflow from scratch in the Automation menu.
2️⃣ Set the trigger to Form Submitted and select your referral capture form.
3️⃣ Add an action to Add Contact Tag so you can organize incoming referral contacts easily.
4️⃣ Add an internal Task action to assign the new referral to a specific team member for fast follow up.
5️⃣ Click Publish and Save to make the tracking live.
