When a business finds a certified professional in the HighLevel directory and reaches out directly, that's a lead. It's not a bidding war like you'd find on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr, where professionals compete for the same job posting. In November 2025, the program crossed 1,000 leads in a single month for the first time, finishing at 1,039. Then February 2026 topped it, setting a new record of 1,118 leads. Besides this, out of the 486 certified admins visible in the directory that month, 320 received at least one lead, meaning nearly 66% of admins were actively being contacted by potential clients. These milestones and directory improvements make it clear that certified admins are finding consistent opportunities, while businesses are getting the trusted, white-glove support they’re actively searching for.
