HighLevel has reached a new level of scale with the Certifications Program and we are seeing the impact across our community. In November alone, customers used the Directory and in-app requests to create 1,031 directory leads, 85 in-app job submissions and 1,116 total opportunities for Certified Admins.
What stands out is how broadly those opportunities were shared. Out of 456 admins in the Directory, 358 received at least one lead, which means 78% of visible admins landed work in a single month and 9% of admins received 5 or more leads.
Our Certifications Program is growing fast. In November, we saw a 60% increase in users who passed the live proctor exam, compared with the year before. Members of the HighLevel community are realizing just how valuable Certified Admin status is becoming.
