Data Residency Australia (Private Beta)

Media: Improved file ordering and pagination for Canva and Google Drive imports
We've improved file-loading and sorting performance when importing media from Google Drive and Canva into HighLevel. An infinite API loop at the end of file lists has been updated and pagination is smoother. Imported assets are reliably loaded and display in the correct chronological order, ensuring your media library stays organized and easy to navigate.
ECommerce: Contact record enrichment based on Shopify ecommerce data
We've enhanced the Shopify integration by automatically enriching contact records with key purchase history data. HighLevel now populates fields like LTV, total order count, last order date and tax-exempt status directly onto synced Shopify contacts. You can immediately use these fields in Smart Lists and Workflows to branch automations based on purchase behavior, segment high-value buyers or run targeted campaigns for wholesale customers without manual field mapping.
Get started with this feature
1. Connect a Shopify store or update integration settings for existing connections to automatically sync custom fields.
2. Open any contact synced from your store to view enriched purchase history data directly on their profile.
3. Apply these custom fields as selectable filters in Smart Lists or use them as conditions in Workflow automations.
ECommerce: Flexible price display for products with multiple variants
Store owners can now customize how prices are displayed for multi-variant products on the Product List Page and Featured Products elements. Under your element settings, you can choose between displaying the default Minimum Price, a Price Range (e.g., $39 – $79), or a Starting At option with customizable prefix text like "From $39". This gives you full control over how pricing is presented to shoppers, ensuring clarity across your store's catalog.
Get started with this feature
1. Select the Product List or Featured Products element inside the Store Builder.
2. Navigate to Product Card Customisation > Product Info > Price Configuration.
3. Choose your preferred Price Display Type and customize your prefix text if using Starting At.
ECommerce: Vertical and horizontal sorting and filtering for product lists
Store owners can now choose between desktop Horizontal and Vertical layouts for sorting and filtering on the Product List Page. The update includes real-time builder previews, granular styling controls for text, borders and checkboxes, and an automated price filter that updates dynamically based on your catalog's minimum and maximum prices. Additionally, improved price wrapping ensures prices, discounts and compare-at rates display cleanly without overlapping across Product Lists, Featured Products, Related Products and Upsell cards.
ECommerce: Expanded product card customization for ecommerce stores
Store owners now have enhanced control over product card styling across Product List, Featured Products and Collection components without needing custom code. A unified Product Card Customization section introduces custom image borders, multi-layered shadows, image ratio controls and desktop hover effects like secondary image swap and zoom. You can also configure product info alignment independently, card padding and row or column spacing across desktop, tablet and mobile views.
ECommerce: Saved customer shipping addresses for faster checkout
Customers purchasing from HighLevel stores can now save up to 10 shipping addresses to their account for faster, one-click checkouts. Returning logged-in customers automatically see their default address pre-filled as a card at checkout, with the option to select alternative addresses or save new ones directly from the checkout form. The release also introduces a Profile tab in the Customer Access Center for address management, guest login nudges and merchant styling controls within the store builder.
Mobile: Ask AI dictation for voice-to-text prompts
You can now use voice dictation directly inside Ask AI on mobile instead of typing out long prompts. Tapping the microphone icon in the composer allows you to speak your request, converting your speech into editable text. Tapping the microphone opens a live recording bar with a visual waveform and transcribed text remains in the composer, so you can review or modify it before tapping send.
Client Portal: Introducing the Client Portal AI App Builder
We've introduced the Client Portal AI App Builder, allowing you to design and customize your web portal and branded mobile app through simple conversational prompts. Instead of configuring branding, navigation and onboarding settings separately, you can describe your desired look and structure, and AI automatically updates colors, typography, logos and navigation across both web and mobile. You can preview changes in real time, continue refining the design contextually through chat, and publish both web and mobile experiences from a single location.
Mobile: Rebuilt calling experience for HighLevel mobile apps
Help article | Help article | Help article
We've completely redesigned the mobile calling experience across call logs, dialpads, in-call screens and contact call details. You can now tap any call in Recents to expand it directly in the list, giving you immediate access to play recordings, check dispositions and jump straight into notes, tags or messaging without leaving the screen. This update also introduces dedicated Missed call filters, in-call CRM actions like Notes and Tasks, a unified transfer sheet for warm or blind transfers and a redesigned dialpad.
Get started with this feature
1. Open Call Dialer > land on Recents.
2. Tap the chevron on any call to expand — play the recording, see disposition, and use Profile / Tags / Notes / Message / Details.
3. Switch to Missed to triage — the red badge clears when you leave.
4. Tap Details for the full contact call screen (history + notes + quick actions).
5. On an active call, use Calendar, Notes, Tasks, Payments, or Profile without leaving the call.
6. After the call ends, set disposition and follow up from the new call-end screen.
ECommerce: Expanded layout and styling control for product pages
The Product Details element for ecommerce stores has been unbundled into 11 independent elements, including:
Images
Title, Review Stars
Price
Variants
Quantity
Add to Cart
Buy Now
Description
Related Products
Reviews
Each element can now be dragged anywhere on the page, styled individually with custom typography, spacing, borders and per-device visibility settings, or hidden entirely. Existing product pages remain on the classic layout until manually upgraded, while the product quick-view modal automatically mirrors any new styling applied.
Get started with this feature
1. Open your store's product page in the builder and select the Product Detail element.
2. Click Switch to new layout on the upgrade card in the right panel and confirm the preview.
3. Drag elements to rearrange your layout, select any element to adjust individual styling settings and click Save to publish.
ECommerce: Workflow triggers for product views and cart additions
You can now trigger real-time Workflows based on pre-purchase shopper behavior, including products viewed and items added to carts across Shopify and HighLevel ecommerce stores. HighLevel tracks browsing activity anonymously and automatically backfills those events to the contact record once a shopper identifies themselves via checkout or login. You can filter these triggers by parameters like specific products, cart value or duration to send targeted follow-up emails and SMS campaigns.
Get started with this feature
1. Connect or reconnect Shopify to automatically install the Web Pixel, or use your existing HighLevel store.
2. In the Workflow Builder, add a Viewed Product or Add to Cart trigger under the Ecommerce Stores category.
3. Apply filters like product, cart value, or duration to customize your automation flow.
ECommerce: Improved Google Merchant Center sync reliability and visibility
We've upgraded the Google Merchant Center integration to deliver faster product syncing, increased transparency and improved error handling. Merchants can now view eligible product and price counts during link configuration and forced syncs, while smaller batch processing and webhook optimizations minimize rate-limiting issues across large catalogs. Non-critical warnings no longer block setup, inactive locations are safely skipped during bulk installs and support has been expanded to include funnel stores alongside website stores.
Reputation: Updated sender name display for review request emails
We've updated how review request emails display sender information for sub-accounts using custom email domains. When sending a request, the email header now shows your configured sender name alongside the email address, exactly as it appears in your Reputation settings. This update ensures your outreach maintains consistent branding, providing clear sender identification, so clients immediately recognize who is asking for their review.
Mobile: Ask AI voice for two-way conversations
You can now use full two-way voice communication with Ask AI on the mobile app to get answers without typing. Simply tap the microphone to speak your prompt and the assistant will reply out loud with text highlighting in real time so you can follow along. This update allows you to interrupt the assistant mid-sentence for a natural back-and-forth conversation, making it easier to work hands-free while on the move.
Affiliate Manager: Unlimited affiliate hiring depth with configurable tier behavior
Affiliates can now recruit sub-affiliates beyond a campaign's configured commission tiers, so your network can grow without restrictions. Commission eligibility automatically counts backward from the affiliate making the sale, ensuring eligible affiliates receive payouts within your defined limits. This update applies automatically, and removes previous recruitment blocks without requiring admins to adjust existing commission settings.
Affiliate Manager: Public REST API suite
Marketplace developers can now programmatically run an entire affiliate program using the new v3 public REST API suite. With 32 endpoints across seven groups, the same data managed in the Affiliate Manager UI is now fully scriptable for partner app onboarding, external reporting and finance workflows.
The suite uses standard v3 OAuth 2.0 with Location-Access and includes endpoints for:
Affiliates: Create, update, move and suspend affiliates or upload tax forms.
Payout methods: Manage payout options, mark primary methods and look up required bank fields by country.
Commissions: Create, update, deny and list commissions.
Customers: Create leads, validate referral IDs and manage customer states so external checkouts can attribute conversions correctly.
Affiliate media: List, update and delete attached marketing media.
Campaigns and payouts: Fetch campaign commission structures and list location payouts.
Affiliate Manager: Audit logs for campaign, affiliate and customer activity
We've integrated Affiliate Manager activity directly into the existing Audit Logs experience so system admins can easily track what user changed what and when. You can now monitor creations, updates and deletions across campaigns, affiliates and customers in one central location. Human-readable entries and specific filters make it simple to investigate commission discrepancies, review campaign adjustments and improve team accountability.
Affiliate Manager: PayPal payout failure visibility and manual retry
Affiliate Manager now automatically detects failed or denied PayPal payouts and displays them in a dedicated Failed tab. Account owners can review specific failure details and use the Retry Payment action to move a payout back to the Approved for Payout stage for another attempt. This gives you complete visibility into payment statuses and the ability to manage transaction retries directly without needing backend support.
Reputation Management: Flexible reviews AI agent settings
We've enhanced Reviews AI Agents with new customization controls to improve response quality, brand consistency and safety. You can now fine-tune your brand voice, apply quality guardrails to avoid risky language, and automatically hold sensitive reviews for human approval. A new live response preview also lets you test and adjust your agent's tone for positive, neutral and negative reviews before going live.
Order Forms: Redesigned order forms with new layouts and custom fields
We've completely redesigned the Order Form element. You don't have to choose between One-step and Two-step elements up front; there is now a single Order Form you can toggle between One-step, Two-step and a new Split layout at any time without losing your settings. This update introduces over 80 individual styling controls, customizable order bumps and the ability to add CRM custom fields like file uploads and signatures directly to your checkout.
Get started with this feature
1. Turn on the Brand New Order Forms with New Layouts and Custom Fields toggle in Agency Settings > Labs.
2. In the Funnel or Website Builder, add an Order Form element and click Customize order form.
3. Use the unified workspace to pick your layout, add fields and customize your styling before saving and publishing.
ECommerce: Interactive live data preview in store builder
Store owners can now preview and interact with real product data directly inside the Store Builder to validate the storefront experience before publishing. A new Live Preview toggle allows you to switch between dummy data and your inventory across product lists, product details and cart pages. When enabled, you can interact with your products to test variant selection, cart additions and page navigation just as a customer would.
Get started with this feature
1. Open an Ecommerce Store in the Store Builder.
2. Use the Live Preview toggle to switch between dummy and real store data.
3. Interact with products, variants, cart actions and page navigation directly within the builder.
Social Planner: Invite clients to connect social accounts
Agencies can now provide clients with secure, password-protected invite links to connect their own social accounts without requiring workspace access. Once a client completes the connection on the external page, their accounts are automatically added to the agency's sub-account. You can manage, extend or revoke these invites directly from your settings to simplify onboarding and reduce back-and-forth communication.
Get started with this feature
1. Go to Settings > Labs and enable Social Connect Invite.
2. Navigate to Marketing Social Planner > Settings > Social Accounts and generate an invite link.
3. Share the link and password with your client.
Reputation Management: Bulk reviews AI management for agencies
Agencies can now manage Reviews AI directly from the Agency AI Suite to control response modes in bulk across multiple sub-accounts. You can set AI to off, suggestive or auto responses for single or multiple sub-accounts at once, eliminating the need to configure them individually. Any changes made at the sub-account level automatically sync back to the Agency view to ensure consistent control and visibility.
Get started with this feature
1. Go to Agency AI > Suite > AI Setup.
2. Select one or multiple sub-accounts.
3. Set the response mode to Off, Suggestive or Auto responses.
Social Planner: Unified Facebook and Instagram account connection
Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts connected through your system integrations now automatically appear in Social Planner. This eliminates the need to authenticate the same accounts twice and simplifies the overall onboarding experience. The planner clearly displays permission statuses, prompting you to refresh or reconnect if additional publishing or insight permissions are required.
Get started with this feature
1. Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your Facebook account.
2. Open Marketing > Social Planner > Settings > Social Accounts to view your synced pages.
3. Click Refresh or Reconnect if prompted to complete the Facebook permission flow.
Managed Agents: Custom values and business details
Managed Agent instructions can now incorporate your sub-account's custom values and business profile details. By inserting a value from the instructions header, the agent reads its current state during every run so a single template works across multiple sub-accounts with local links and inboxes. If a value is missing, the system alerts you before publishing to ensure your agents always have the correct data without increasing token costs.
Get started with this feature
1. Go to AI Agents > Agent Studio and open a Managed Agent.
2. Click Insert value in the Instructions to pick a custom value or create a new one.
3. Set any missing values flagged in the box below the instructions before publishing.
Managed Agents: Conversation memory and learned procedures
Managed Agents learn from conversations to remember user preferences and save completed task steps as reusable procedures. This allows agents to skip redundant searches on repeat requests, delivering faster answers while keeping token costs low through fixed memory size limits. You retain full control to view, edit or delete saved facts and procedures for each user directly from the new Memory tab.
Client Portal: AI-powered client portal design and coding
The AI App Builder can now design and code entire Client Portal pages based on your conversational prompts. You can describe your business and desired member experience and AI will generate functional pages for courses, communities and shared files using your chosen design system. You can refine the design through chat or visual edits in real time, and publish the application across up to ten custom domains.
Client Portal: Custom CRM objects for client portal submissions
Client portals built with AI can now save member submissions like bookings or applications directly as custom objects in your CRM. Client Portal AI designs the required data structure with fields and dropdowns, allowing you to review and approve the setup before any objects are created. Each object receives a dedicated portal page where members can view their records, and you can even attach payment capabilities through invoices.
Get started with this feature
1. Start a Client Portal AI build and describe the data your members need to add.
2. Answer Yes when prompted to use custom objects in your CRM.
3. Review the proposed plan and approve it to generate the CRM links.
ECommerce: Contact record enrichment based on WooCommerce ecommerce data
Contacts synced from a connected WooCommerce store are now automatically enriched with purchase history data directly in your CRM. The integration creates seven specific fields, including lifetime value and total orders, which update after every qualifying purchase. You can immediately use these fields as filters in Smart Lists or as branching conditions in Workflows to segment customers, and trigger targeted follow-up campaigns.
Get started with this feature
1. Connect your WooCommerce store or use an existing connection.
2. Locate the seven newly created fields under the WooCommerce folder in Custom Fields.
3. Apply these fields as Smart List filters or Workflow conditions for customer segmentation.
Meeting Room: Built-in video conferencing and collaboration workspace
Meeting Room introduces a native video conferencing experience that brings calendar integration, recordings and AI-powered summaries into a single workspace. You can host instant meetings, create permanent personal rooms or automatically generate unique links for calendar appointments without requiring third-party platforms. The system captures recordings alongside speaker-labeled transcripts and generates intelligent summaries containing key takeaways and action items.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Memberships > Meeting Rooms to create your personal meeting room or start an instant meeting.
2. Select Meeting Room as your designated meeting location when configuring calendars.
Reputation Management: Reputation widgets for location dashboards
You can now build dedicated reputation dashboards using 16 new widgets available directly in the Location Dashboard library. These widgets allow you to track review requests, monitor customer sentiment, and analyze response rates with configurable date ranges and filters. This update provides a centralized view of your reputation health alongside other business metrics without needing to switch modules.
Builders: Native graphic library for page builders
A native Graphic Library is now available across the Funnel, Website, Store and Webinar Builders, eliminating the need to source external images or rely on workarounds. The library includes over 11,000 searchable icons and emojis with customizable colors to match your existing page designs. You can also upload your own assets to the library, or generate custom illustrations using AI directly on the canvas.
Get started with this feature
1. Open a page in the Funnel, Website, Store or Webinar Builder.
2. Open the Graphic Library from the left pane.
3. Choose or search for icons, emojis or illustrations, then drag your graphic onto the canvas.
Social Planner: Create workflows with Social Planner posts
Social Planner triggers are now available in Workflows, allowing you to automate actions based on post events such as approvals, rejections, scheduling, publishing or publishing failures. You can filter triggers by category, platform, post status, post type, social account or existing tags to easily set up team notifications for failed posts. This will streamline internal approval processes without the need for manual monitoring.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows and create or open a workflow.
2. Add the Social Planner Posts trigger.
3. Configure the filters for category, platform or status, then add internal notifications or other actions.
Project Management: Automate projects and tasks with Ask AI
Help article | Private beta sign-up
Ask AI is now integrated with Project Management, allowing you to build complete projects or update existing tasks using plain language prompts. You can create Spaces, Folders, Lists, tasks and subtasks—complete with due dates, assignees and custom statuses—from a single request, or query the assistant to find and bulk-update tasks. Every proposed change generates a confirmation card outlining before-and-after values, ensuring nothing is executed without your explicit approval.

Courses: AI-powered course creation and content generation
Course AI provides an interactive studio environment to build structured courses from a simple prompt or uploaded reference material. The AI generates modules, lesson copy, quizzes and thumbnails, which update in a live outline that you can refine through chat or manual edits. For new video uploads, the system automatically reads the transcript to populate the lesson description, draft quiz questions and generate a downloadable PDF recap.
Get started with this feature
1. Ensure you have joined the Course AI Beta.
2. Navigate to Courses > Create new > Start from scratch to open the Course AI Studio.
3. Provide a prompt, select a course type, attach existing references and follow the conversational prompts to generate your outline.
Project Management: Workflow automations for tasks and reminders
Help article | Private beta sign-up
You can now build powerful automations around Project Management using new workflow triggers and actions. The update introduces triggers for when a task is added, completed or reaches a reminder date, allowing you to filter by location, assignee, priority, status and custom fields. You can also use the new "Add task" action to automatically create tasks in specific lists with dynamically assigned statuses, priorities, relative dates and custom field values to manage team handoffs and deadline escalations.

Project Management: Updated status groups for task management
Help article | Private beta sign-up
We've updated the status group structure in Project Management to provide a clearer view of task progress. The updated groups include "Not started" for pending work, "Active" for tasks in progress, "Done" for completed items that may still need review and a new "Closed" group for tasks requiring no further action. The "Closed" group is a system-defined state with a single default status that cannot be customized, establishing a definitive final state for reporting and automation workflows.

ECommerce: Shopify order fulfillment workflow automation
Order Fulfilled automations are more flexible and personal than ever. Each Shopify shipment now triggers its own notification listing only the items in that specific shipment, allowing you to handle partial fulfillments natively. You have access to new custom values for Emails and Workflows, such as fulfilled quantity, product names, tracking URLs, Order ID and Billing Address, as well as improved trigger filters for product collections, order tags and shipment details.
Get started with this feature
1. Create a workflow with the Order Fulfilled trigger and set the filter source to external and sub-source to Shopify.
2. Add filters such as product collection, order tag or product/price to scope which shipments the trigger applies to.
3. Insert the new Order Fulfillment, Order ID or Billing Address custom values into your Email.

The new AI And Chat Widget element allows you to drop a widget onto your page, automatically scan your funnel to build a custom knowledge base and immediately deploy the agent with auto-generated instructions based on your site's content.
Get started with this feature
1. Open your funnel or website in the builder, go to Add Elements, and select the AI And Chat Widget.
2. Click the widget to add it to the page, open the AI agents tab, and click Setup Conversation AI.
3. Click Scan & auto-configure to build the knowledge base, then manage the agent or publish your funnel once the setup is complete.
Associations: Define contact roles in companies with custom labels
You can now create custom association labels, like "Employee", "Decision maker" or "Billing contact", to clearly define a contact's specific role within a linked company. These customized relationship labels allow you to link the same person to a company under multiple roles, and they can be utilized directly from the Companies list to build highly targeted, deduplicated email audiences based on stakeholder responsibilities.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Settings > Objects > Companies or Contacts > Associations, click Create association, and configure your single or paired labels.
2. Open a Company or Contact record, navigate to Associations, click Add, select the relevant record and label, and save.
3. To email specific roles from the Companies list, select the companies, click Send email, and choose the required association labels.
Associations: Link a contact to multiple companies
A single Contact record can now be linked to multiple Companies simultaneously without overriding their required "Primary Company" status. By creating a new custom association label (e.g., "Employer/Employee") configured to allow "Many Companies," you can connect consultants, business owners or shared finance contacts to all relevant accounts while keeping automatic system links and merge fields tied strictly to their primary company.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Settings > Objects > Companies > Associations, click Create association, select Contacts, name your label and set it to allow Many Companies.
2. Open a Contact record, click Add next to Companies, search for the target Company and apply the new custom label.
3. Save the link and repeat the process for any additional companies within the configured limits.
Companies: Preemptive duplicate detection
The Add Company panel now features preemptive duplicate detection that scans for matching company names and domain names as you type. If similar entries—including partial matches or minor typos like "Tesla Inc" vs. "Tesla, Inc." are detected, the system will prompt you with existing records, allowing you to open the established company profile rather than creating a fragmented duplicate.
Get started with this feature
1. Enable Preemptive Duplicate Detection for Companies in Labs for the sub-account.
2. Navigate to Contacts > Companies and click Add Company.
3. Enter at least two characters in the Company Name or Domain name fields, review any suggestions provided, and click a matching company to open it, or continue saving if distinct.
Communities: Automated welcome messages and onboarding steps
Community admins and owners can now configure personalized, automated welcome direct messages and structured onboarding steps for new members. From the Welcome setup, you can customize DMs with media and dynamic tokens, and establish up to five required onboarding actions, such as profile updates or video introductions, which appear as an interactive "Get Started" checklist on the new member's community feed.
External Tracking: Field mapping control and iframe form tracking
External Tracking Settings now give you granular control over every website running your tracking script. You can independently toggle page views, form analytics and form submissions on a per-domain basis or apply changes in bulk across multiple domains. Each domain displays an inventory of detected forms, allowing you to choose exactly which forms create CRM contacts, manually customize how form fields map to standard contact fields or designate sensitive fields as "Do not track." Additionally, external forms embedded via iFrames, such as booking engines and third-party landing pages, can now be tracked using a two-snippet setup, ensuring those submissions map directly into your CRM.
Get started with this feature
1. Enable the new External Tracking experience in Labs.
2. Navigate to Settings > External Tracking > Settings to manage domain-level switches or click into a domain to adjust per-form tracking and field mappings.
3. For embedded forms, go to Installation > Tracking code > iframe forms, place the respective snippets on the parent site and hosted iFrame page and complete a test submission to map the form.
QR Codes: Advanced device, browser and geographic analytics
QR Code Analytics now expands beyond total and unique scans to provide comprehensive device, browser and geographic reporting. You can break down scan data by device type and specific web browsers to optimize destination landing pages for your audience. Geographic reporting allows you to track engagement across country, state and city levels to evaluate local campaign performance. These insights are also available retrospectively for all scans recorded from August 28, 2024 onward.
Get started with this feature
1. Open the QR Code section and select the code you want to evaluate.
2. Navigate to the QR Code Analytics view to review your scan metrics.
3. Explore the breakdown tabs to inspect device types, browser usage, geographic distribution and historical scan activity.
Contacts: Organize documents with multi-level folders
You can now organize, structure and manage documents at the individual contact level using custom multi-level folders. Files can be moved between folders without re-uploading, allowing you to establish a structured workspace tailored to each contact. System folders remain protected from accidental removal, while user-created custom folders and files can be deleted and safely recovered from the trash within a 60-day window before permanent removal.
Get started with this feature
1. Open any contact record and navigate to the Documents section.
2. Create custom folders or multi-level subfolders to organize your files.
3. Move files between custom folders as needed, or access the trash tab to restore any accidentally deleted files or folders within 60 days.
Prospecting: Custom domains for marketing audit reports
Shared Prospecting Marketing Audit Reports can now be configured to open on your own custom API domain instead of the default prod.analyzemy.business URL. This allows agencies to present a fully white-labeled, professional experience from the first click, ensuring that the report is immediately recognized as your agency's proprietary work rather than a third-party tool.
Get started with this feature
1. Enable this feature in Labs and ensure you have an API domain configured in Company Settings > White Label.
2. Navigate to Agency > Prospecting > Settings > Report settings.
3. Select Custom domain, choose your configured domain from the list and share a report to see the updated link.
Workflows: Introducing Workflow Maps
Workflow Maps provides a comprehensive, automatically generated visual interface that displays all workflows, folders and connected assets (like tags, forms and custom fields) in one unified view. This dynamic map allows you to explore the complex relationships between different automations, such as how a specific form triggers a workflow, which then applies a tag to start another, making it easier to understand, manage and troubleshoot your entire sub-account without manually creating diagrams.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows and click on Workflow Maps (or open it directly from within a workflow's builder).
2. Pan, zoom or switch between 2D and 3D views to explore how your workflows are grouped into folders alongside their connected assets.
3. Use the search bar and filters to isolate specific workflows or assets and click on them to investigate their details and connections.
Workflow Maps: View a contact's journey across workflows
You can now track an individual contact's progression through multiple workflows directly within the Workflow Maps interface. By searching for a specific contact, you can visually trace the automations they entered over the last 60 days, review their enrollment history and inspect the timeline to see exactly where they finished, where they are currently waiting or where they encountered an error.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps and open the Contacts tab in the left rail.
2. Search for a contact by name, email or phone number and select them to focus the map on their journey.
3. Review their enrollment history in the Workflows tab, follow their timeline of runs and inspect specific executions to see how they moved through your automations.
Workflow Maps: Find and troubleshoot workflow errors
Workflow Maps now centralizes workflow execution errors, allowing you to quickly spot failed automations across your entire sub-account from a single view. Workflows with recent errors are flagged with a badge, enabling your team to identify broken follow-ups or failed integrations, inspect the specific steps that failed and navigate directly to the builder to resolve the issue.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps and look for the error badges identifying flagged workflows.
2. Select "Review workflows with errors" to see a grouped summary or use the "Has issues" filter to narrow your view.
3. Select a flagged workflow to review the failed execution details, open it in the builder to fix the step and return to the map to mark the error as read.
Workflow Maps: View linked workflows together in the Workflow Canvas
The new Workflow Canvas feature within Workflow Maps allows you to view a selected workflow alongside all of its linked workflows in a connected sequence. This makes it significantly easier to trace multi-step customer journeys, like lead capture leading to qualification and then to booking, by visualizing the direct handoffs and shared assets that bridge separate automations into a larger process.
Get started with this feature
1. Open Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps, select a specific workflow and click on Linked workflows.
2. Review the connected sequence to see how workflows pass contacts between each other via shared assets or direct actions.
3. Use the map's asset-usage details to investigate dependencies and open the builder directly from the canvas to make necessary edits.
Workflow Maps: Understand and manage automations with the AI assistant
An integrated AI assistant is now available directly inside Workflow Maps to help you analyze, troubleshoot and organize your account using natural language. You can ask the assistant to explain what a specific workflow does, apply filters to the map, reorganize folders or even request new workflow builds and edits, streamlining the maintenance of complex automation setups.
Get started with this feature
1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows > Workflow Maps and open the Assistant.
2. Type a plain-language request, such as "Explain what this workflow does" or "Show only drafts in the Sales folder."
3. Review any proposed structural changes or workflow builds via the approval controls before the assistant executes them.
