Ask AI Upgrade: Rich, Actionable and Visual Responses
Ask Al now delivers execution-ready results with richer outputs, built-in diagrams, smoother interactions and stronger performance.
Ask AI has been upgraded from “plain text answers” to a richer, action-oriented experience designed for real execution. Responses can now render as structured artifacts, while Mermaid syntax turns into native in-chat diagrams with a full-screen, pan/zoom experience. Alongside this, the chat UI and streaming flow have been polished for better readability and long-response handling, backed by a more modular, composable architecture plus a broad stability hardening pass, so teams spend less time reformatting and more time moving from prompt to plan and action.

Category-First Booking for Services V2 Calendars
Category-First Booking lets customers choose a category before a service, making discovery easier and booking more intuitive.
With this optional new booking flow, customers start by selecting a category and then only see services within that category such as reducing clutter and making it easier to browse. Customers can also easily add another service by returning to pick the same or a different category, giving businesses more control over navigation while keeping the existing service-first flow unchanged if you don’t turn it on.

Make voice calls with your own number
You can now make voice calls directly from HighLevel using a phone number you already own, no need to purchase a GHL number first.
This update lets you place calls using your existing number right inside HighLevel, so you can get started faster without buying a new GHL number. It simplifies setup, keeps your caller ID consistent, and makes it easier for teams to begin calling immediately while managing conversations from one place.

AI Studio: Pre-render SEO for Published Sites
Al Studio sites are now auto-optimized for SEO, social sharing and Al discovery, serving fully rendered content to boost indexing, previews and visibility with zero extra setup.
When you enable Pre-rendering in an AI Studio project, crawlers from search engines, social platforms and AI tools are automatically detected and served fully rendered HTML, so they can instantly read page content, meta tags, structured data and images instead of an empty SPA shell. This means faster and more reliable indexing, rich per-page link previews across social apps and improved visibility for AI-powered search/citation, all while normal visitors still get the same fast, interactive SPA experience. Pages are cached and refreshed automatically on publish/updates, with graceful fallback to the standard SPA if pre-rendering is off or not yet cached.
