Custom Date Reminder for Custom Objects, Opportunities & Companies

Custom date reminders just got an upgrade.

Now you can trigger them using Opportunity, Company and Custom Object date fields, not just contacts.

Custom date reminders now support date fields across more workflow types so you can start automations before, on, or after key dates tied to Opportunities, Companies or Custom Objects. This removes the old contact-only limitation and makes it easy to run date-driven follow-ups like renewal nudges from an Opportunity close date or internal alerts from a custom object expiry date, no workarounds needed.

Voice AI: Custom Action 2.0

Custom Action 2.0 is here with full HTTP support, built-in authentication and a new Postman-style setup. Available now in the new Voice Agent Builder.

Custom Action 2.0 modernizes how you connect Voice Agents to external APIs: you can now use all major HTTP methods, configure built-in auth and set everything up in a Postman-like UI with clear steps to connect, test, and deploy. It’s also schema-driven, so the agent only collects the exact fields your endpoint needs and you can explicitly map what goes into query params vs JSON body, while existing Custom Actions keep working and will auto-migrate to 2.0 in a few weeks.

Voice AI: 22 New Languages & Voice Model Picker

Voice Al just leveled up with 22 new languages and a new Voice Model picker, giving you full control over quality, speed and cost for every call.

Voice AI now supports 54 languages (up from 32), unlocking more regions out of the box, and introduces a Voice Model picker right in the agent builder so you can choose the best tradeoff between quality, latency and per-minute cost. The voice setup is also smarter: the selector and provider options automatically hide anything that doesn’t support your chosen language, making it easier to confidently deploy agents in new languages while dialing in performance and spend per call.
