Calendars: Multi-Date Selection for Date-Specific Hours
Managing date-specific availability just got a whole lot easier, now you can select multiple dates at once and set your hours in one go across Meetings and Rentals.
Instead of updating date-specific hours one day at a time, you can now pick multiple dates from the calendar, set your start and end times once and apply it in bulk. To keep things organized, selected dates are automatically grouped into consecutive ranges and split into separate blocks when dates aren’t consecutive, so each grouped entry stays easy to review, edit or delete later.

Voice AI: Live Transcripts for Agent Trial Web Calls
Agent Trials just got smarter, now with real-time Live Transcripts during web calls, giving you instant visibility into every interaction inside a cleaner, more polished interface.
With this update, Agent Trials now include live, in-call transcripts so you can follow the conversation as it happens, making it easier to validate behavior, catch issues faster and improve testing confidence. The web call experience has also been refined with a cleaner, more visually stable interface for a smoother trial workflow.

Documents & Contracts: Staff Selection in Templates
Admins can now assign template signature fields to any staff member, making it easy to choose the right team member to sign, all in one place.
Previously, signature fields in templates could only be assigned to the Contact, Sender, or the Admin, making it tricky for teams supporting multiple businesses. Now, while setting “To be signed by,” Admins can choose from the full staff list directly inside the template builder, ensuring the right team member is assigned as the signatory and making document workflows far more flexible and scalable.

Workflows: Manus AI Triggers and Actions Support
Manus is now built into Workflows, so you can trigger, create, update and manage tasks directly inside HighLevel without relying on third-party tools.
This native integration adds Manus triggers and actions right inside the Workflow Builder, so you can automate task creation and management (create, get, update, continue with a prompt, fetch or delete) and react instantly to key Manus events like task creation or completion.
