Phone System: Pre-Built A2P Campaign Registration Flow

We’re launching a Pre-Built A2P Campaign registration experience designed to reduce carrier rejections, eliminate manual compliance writing and speed up submissions while lowering rejection risk.

This update adds an optional widget-first A2P registration flow that auto-generates an A2P-compliant Chat Widget, simplifies use-case selection into Marketing vs Informational to reduce disclosure risk, blocks high-risk Financial + Marketing combinations and automatically enforces age-gating when needed while keeping the existing self-serve editable flow available for those who prefer it.

Products: Add & Track Product Cost Price & Margins

Say goodbye to manual calculations. You can now track cost price and margins at the product and variant level right inside the Products module, so you always know exactly what you're earning.

With this release, Products now includes built-in Cost Price and Margin tracking across every price denomination and variant via an optional “Add Margin” toggle, supporting both amount and percentage modes with automatic calculations and synced fields as prices, currencies or modes change. Cost price is always pulled from the original product setup, setup fees are excluded from margin logic and exports now include a new Line Item Cost Price column in the Transactions CSV, without retroactive changes or new permissions required.

Voice AI: Edit Prompts with AI

Edit any part of your Voice Al prompt instantly with Edit with Al. Select the text, add your instruction and get a refined version with changes clearly highlighted.

Edit with AI brings fast, targeted prompt refinement to Voice AI where you can highlight any section that you want to improve, give a quick instruction and AI will rewrite just that selection while showing a clear before/after-style diff so you can review, accept or iterate again without touching the rest of your prompt.

Advanced Settings for Voice AI Agents

We've added a comprehensive set of Advanced Settings that give you fine-grained control over how your Voice Al agents behave during calls.

These new Advanced Settings let you tune call behavior end-to-end such as controlling when calls end after silence and how fast the agent responds, adds a configurable delay before the greeting, customize transcription and fine-tune voice output with ambient volume, speech normalization, dynamic voice speed plus expanded noise-cancellation control including a new “do not remove noise” option.
