These assets are then bundled into what HighLevel calls a snapshot, which you can customize for your intended audience—whether that’s local businesses or fellow HighLevel agency owners.

Creating a Voice AI Snapshot in HighLevel

Follow these simple steps to build your snapshot:

1️⃣ Go to the Agency View and navigate to Account Snapshots.

2️⃣ Click Create New Snapshot.

3️⃣ Title your snapshot (e.g., “Voice AI for Real Estate”) and select the relevant sub-account.

4️⃣ Choose the assets you want to include:

• Voice AI agents

• Knowledge bases

5️⃣ Click Proceed to generate the snapshot.

Once created, your snapshot is ready to share or sell.

Sharing or Selling Your Voice AI Snapshot

With your snapshot created, you can monetize it in a few ways:

• Sell it via a custom app (see: “How do I sell snapshots”)

• Use a payment gateway on your website and deliver the snapshot via a shareable link.

• List it on the App Marketplace using the Get Marketplace Share Link.
