Set Up a Form in HighLevel
To trigger an email, you’ll first need a form. Head to Sites > Forms > Form Builder to create the form that will kick off your automation. You can build as many forms as you need for different workflows.
Build a HighLevel Workflow for Form Submissions
Next, navigate to Automations and click + Create Workflow. Choose Start from Scratch, then add the Form Submitted trigger. Select the specific form you want this automation to listen for — this is how the workflow knows when to fire.
