Send Emails Automatically after a Form Submission with HighLevel Automation!

Set Up a Form in HighLevel

To trigger an email, you’ll first need a form. Head to Sites > Forms > Form Builder to create the form that will kick off your automation. You can build as many forms as you need for different workflows.

Build a HighLevel Workflow for Form Submissions

Next, navigate to Automations and click + Create Workflow. Choose Start from Scratch, then add the Form Submitted trigger. Select the specific form you want this automation to listen for — this is how the workflow knows when to fire.

Configure Your Email Action

Once the form trigger is set, it’s time to build your email. Add an Email action to the workflow. You’ll be able to customize:
