Steps to create your team training portal in HighLevel
1️⃣ Navigate to Memberships on the left-hand navigation bar, click Courses and select Products.
2️⃣ Click Create New in the top right corner, choose Start from scratch, name your SOP or course (such as Support Workflows) and add a description.
3️⃣ Set your course price to Free, click Create Course, then edit your modules and lessons to attach downloadable resources or upload training videos.
4️⃣ Head over to Communities, click Community Groups, select Create Group and configure your group name, description and branding images.
5️⃣ Click Add Channel to build private channels for specific departments or categories within your hub.
6️⃣ Navigate to Learning inside your group, click Add Course and select the SOPs you built to attach them directly to your portal.
7️⃣ Select Members from the top menu, click Invite Members and share the direct link or send email invitations to onboard your team.
