Yes. Your HighLevel Certification will need to be renewed every year to ensure you are up to date. Should you decide to discontinue your HighLevel subscription, your certification will become inactive and your name will be removed from the directory.

How do I earn more badges?

The Certified Admin course is a prerequisite for obtaining additional badges. This foundational course equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the onboarding process, enabling you to hit the ground running. After successfully completing the exams, you'll gain the opportunity to complete additional lessons to showcase your specialized skills.

What if I want everyone in my agency to be certified?

I am already paying for HighLevel, how can I access this?

The certification program is not included in the plans offered by HighLevel. It requires a separate subscription for access.

How long will this take?

On average, many users can complete the course material within 7-10 days at a conservative pace. Power users may finish the materials more quickly, but it's important to note that the value of learning is not synonymous with speed.

Why do I have to have a subscription after I pass?

Maintaining an active subscription ensures you stay updated with the latest information in the fast-paced world of HighLevel. Your membership fee provides continuous access to updated courses. After earning the foundational badge, you'll receive invitations to earn additional skills badges – think of it as HighLevel's version of the SATs/LSTAT/GRE, earning you a 'blue check mark'. Completing your profile is optional but opens doors to being featured in our directory, offering opportunities to mentor, coach, or consult with other HighLevel users. You'll also gain access to exclusive content, including private videos featuring some of HighLevel's favorite faces.

I passed Part A but needed to cancel my account before I could take the Live Proctor. Can I re-enroll without retaking Part A again?

Yes, you can re-enroll without retaking Part A within our 60-day reactivation window. We understand that circumstances may lead to subscription cancellations, and we want to support your commitment to our certification program. The 60-day window provides you with ample time to reactivate your subscription without having to retake Part A. After this period, re-enrollment will require successfully completing Part A again.

How do I get my agency signed up?

Certifications are earned on an individual basis, but your agency name can be showcased within the profiles in the directory. To get your agency signed up, have team members use your referral link. This not only ensures their individual certification but also provides you with a 40% rebate per agent each month. As a result, their cost of the seat becomes $58/mo, offering a cost-effective solution for your agency.

What if I don’t care about being in the directory, I just want access to the courses?

Completing your profile for the directory is optional, and even if you choose not to, your name will still be part of it. However, it's important to note that an active subscription is mandatory to be invited to showcase your skills by earning additional badges. Alongside this, you'll continue to enjoy all the other great benefits, including access to updated foundational content, participation in private communities, and exclusive content. Your focus remains on the courses while ensuring you have the opportunity to earn additional badges.

What if I cannot pass the live proctor after 3 attempts?

You will have to pass part A over again with a 95% before you can retake the live proctor.

How can I sign up on behalf of my employees?

Employers cannot sign up employees directly due to our Terms of Service. However, we encourage employers to share their affiliate link with team members. This allows individual sign-ups, making team members eligible for a 40% monthly rebate. If you are looking to certify your entire team contact us regarding enterprise options.
