In 2025, HighLevel’s AI stopped being an add-on and became the way work gets done: powering conversations, follow-up and execution at scale.
The year HighLevel led AI adoption
2025 wasn’t the year HighLevel discovered AI.
HighLevel began building AI-powered capabilities well before AI became mainstream. In 2024, features like AI Reviews, Content AI and Conversation AI proved their value in live environments. Those foundations came together to form the AI Employee, a unified system designed to handle real work, not demos.
In 2025, that groundwork paid off, and adoption accelerated fast.
Customers weren’t experimenting. They were building.

AI became a core part of how businesses designed workflows, handled conversations and automated execution across their operations. More than 140,000 workflows were built using the AI Workflow Builder, signaling a clear shift toward AI-first workflow design. In total, 42.7 million workflows were created in 2025, representing a 22.4% year-over-year increase, with usage expanding across industries and business models.
That growth wasn’t limited to a handful of power users.
As confidence grew, scale followed.
Workflow execution surged throughout the year, with daily enrollments climbing from roughly 35 million in January to more than 80 million by December. Behind the scenes, those workflows ran reliably at massive scale, powering 125 billion executions across nearly one million locations, live proof that AI wasn’t just being used, it was being trusted.

Throughout 2025, usage accelerated. Adoption intensified most sharply in Q2 and Q3, with multiple AI products posting 20–50% month-over-month growth during peak periods as businesses moved AI from optional tooling into operational partnership.
Voice AI reflected that shift clearly. What started as early adoption scaled to nearly one million completed calls per month by late 2025, as AI became embedded in real conversations that book appointments, follow up with leads and drive revenue.
This was more than just curiosity-driven usage; it was businesses handing AI the keys to real work and watching it deliver.
In 2026, we'll be moving with that same energy, continuing to build on what we've already accomplished. More automation, more AI-driven execution and more ways for businesses to move faster without adding complexity.
High-impact product momentum
As HighLevel led AI adoption forward, product momentum followed, by design.
