These Summer of AI Legal Terms and Conditions apply to HighLevel’s Summer of AI promotional offers, including eligible AI feature trials, limited-time platform pricing promotions, add-on bundle offers, upgrade offers, and related promotional offers made available by HighLevel during the Summer of AI campaign.
Use of HighLevel AI features remains subject to HighLevel’s Terms of Service, including the AI Acceptable Use Policy.
Eligibility.
The Summer of AI Promotion (the “Promo”) is available to agencies with active paid subscriptions or free trials, subject to the eligibility requirements stated on the applicable offer page.
During the Summer of AI campaign period, Ask AI, AI Studio, Workflow AI, Funnel AI, and Email AI are available at no additional subscription charge to all HighLevel accounts, with no separate eligibility requirement, subject to these terms, availability, fair use limitations, product limitations, and HighLevel’s Terms of Service.
Unless HighLevel states otherwise, AI Agent promotional access, limited-time platform pricing promotions, add-on bundle offers, upgrade offers, and other eligibility-gated promotional offers may be applied only to eligible Sub-Accounts under your agency that:
are not currently enrolled in an AI Employee subscription for the applicable feature;
have not activated or used the applicable AI feature during the applicable lookback period designated by HighLevel;
have not previously participated in the same Promo for the applicable feature; and
otherwise satisfy the eligibility requirements stated by HighLevel.
For purposes of the Summer of AI campaign, the applicable lookback period for AI feature eligibility is March 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026, unless HighLevel expressly states otherwise.
Eligibility may vary by AI feature, subscription plan, add-on product, billing status, account type, geographic availability, or other criteria established by HighLevel.
Certain promotional offers, add-on bundle offers, or upgrade offers may be unavailable to trial accounts, existing subscribers to the applicable add-on product, or accounts already enrolled in substantially similar offers.
HighLevel may verify eligibility at any time and may deny, suspend, revoke, limit, or modify promotional access if a Sub-Account or agency is determined to be ineligible or appears to be attempting to manipulate Promo eligibility, promotional pricing, or account qualification requirements.
Agency owners have one opportunity to opt in eligible Sub-Accounts for applicable AI promotional features, unless HighLevel states otherwise.
AI Promotional Access
During the Summer of AI campaign period running from June 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026, eligible Sub-Accounts receive promotional access to certain HighLevel AI features.
Free AI Features
Ask AI, AI Studio, Workflow AI, Funnel AI, and Email AI are available without additional subscription charges during the Summer of AI campaign period to all HighLevel accounts, with no separate eligibility requirement, subject to these terms, availability, fair use limitations, product limitations, and HighLevel’s Terms of Service.
AI Agent Promotional Access
Eligible Sub-Accounts that are not currently using applicable AI agent products receive thirty (30) days of free promotional access to Conversation AI, Voice AI, and certain related AI agent functionality.
The applicable thirty (30)-day promotional period begins when the applicable AI feature or AI agent functionality is first activated for the eligible Sub-Account.
Free promotional access applies only to the AI feature access expressly included in the Promo. Communication Surcharges, carrier fees, phone fees, telephony charges, usage-based fees, third-party pass-through fees, and similar charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the applicable agency or account holder.
AI feature availability, functionality, and access may vary by region, carrier support, account configuration, third-party integrations, system availability, and applicable product limitations.
Fair Use
Free promotional access is subject to fair use limitations and is intended for ordinary business use.
If usage by any agency or Sub-Account significantly exceeds normal usage patterns, appears abusive, excessive, fraudulent, automated, commercially unreasonable, or otherwise adversely affects platform performance, system integrity, or Promo operations, HighLevel may throttle, limit, suspend, revoke, or terminate access to applicable AI features, promotional pricing, or promotional offers.
HighLevel reserves the right to limit excessive claiming, duplicate enrollments, artificial account creation, or other activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Promo.
Automatic Conversion to Paid Usage
At the end of the applicable promotional period, each enrolled Sub-Account will automatically convert to pay-per-use billing or other applicable paid billing for the applicable AI feature at HighLevel’s then-current rates unless canceled before the promotional period ends.
Current AI pricing information is available here.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings, by submitting a support ticket, or by calling (888) 732-4197.
Sub-Accounts may cancel promotional AI access and return to per-use billing or other applicable standard billing at any point during the promotional period for the applicable features they are using, subject to account settings and the Terms of Service.
Cancellation of one AI feature or AI agent product does not automatically cancel other AI products or promotional enrollments.
AI Usage Fees and Rebilling
Following the promotional period, AI usage fees incurred by your Sub-Accounts will be deducted from your agency wallet by default.
If you are on the $297 or $497 plan, AI usage fees may be rebilled to your Sub-Accounts through HighLevel’s rebilling feature in accordance with your account settings.
Agencies on the $497 plan may adjust their rebilling configuration, including any permitted markup, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
You remain solely responsible for all AI usage charges, rebilled charges, carrier fees, telephony charges, pass-through fees, and related customer billing disputes arising from your account configuration or customer usage.
Agency Responsibilities
You are responsible for informing your Sub-Accounts and customers that:
promotional AI feature access will convert to pay-per-use billing or other applicable paid billing at the end of the applicable promotional period unless canceled;
continued use will be charged at HighLevel’s then-current rates;
Communication Surcharges, carrier fees, phone fees, telephony charges, and usage-based charges are not included in the free promotional period;
cancellation must occur before the promotional period ends to avoid paid usage for the applicable AI feature; and
each Sub-Account’s eligibility, activation timing, usage, and cancellation status may differ.
You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, consent requirements, disclosure obligations, and customer communications relating to your use of AI features and communications functionality.
You are solely responsible for all customer disputes related to AI usage billing, rebilling, pass-through charges, customer notices, customer consent, and your configuration of AI usage or rebilling settings.
Limited-Time Pop-Up Promotional Offers
HighLevel may offer limited-time promotional pricing, discounts, add-on bundle offers, upgrade offers, or other Summer of AI promotional offers during specified promotional windows.
Eligibility, offer dates, discount amounts, included plans or products, excluded plans or products, trial-account eligibility, existing-subscription exclusions, renewal pricing, post-promotional pricing, taxes, credits, prorations, and other billing mechanics will be stated on the applicable offer page or reflected in HighLevel’s billing system.
Unless HighLevel expressly states otherwise:
promotional offers are available only during the applicable promotional window;
promotional offers are not retroactive;
promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts, credits, coupons, or offers;
promotional offers are subject to availability and eligibility verification;
promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period; and
after the promotional pricing period ends, applicable subscriptions, add-ons, or usage will renew or continue at HighLevel’s then-current rates unless canceled in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, refund, or credit unless expressly stated otherwise by HighLevel.
Offer Changes; Abuse; Promo Integrity
HighLevel may modify, suspend, terminate, cancel, substitute, or change any Promo, promotional access, promotional pricing, offer window, eligibility requirement, included product, included feature, discount, or related offer at any time if HighLevel determines that fraud, abuse, technical issues, platform changes, operational concerns, legal requirements, excessive usage, or other circumstances affect the integrity, fairness, availability, or operation of the Promo.
HighLevel may reject, suspend, revoke, or limit promotional access or promotional pricing for duplicate accounts, sham accounts, artificial account creation, excessive claiming, eligibility manipulation, payment abuse, fraud, or other activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Promo.
Acknowledgement
By enrolling in or using any Promo, you acknowledge and agree that:
the Promo is available only for eligible Sub-Accounts;
eligibility may be determined based on prior AI feature usage, current subscriptions, account type, geographic availability, or other eligibility criteria established by HighLevel;
free promotional access applies only to the AI features expressly included in the applicable offer;
each enrolled Sub-Account will automatically convert to pay-per-use billing or other applicable paid billing for the applicable AI feature at the
end of the promotional period unless canceled before the promotional period ends;
Communication Surcharges, carrier fees, phone fees, telephony charges, usage-based fees, and similar charges are not included in the free promotional period;
HighLevel may throttle, suspend, limit, modify, or terminate promotional access for excessive use, abuse, suspected fraud, non-standard usage, or attempts to manipulate eligibility; and
all use of HighLevel AI features remains subject to the Terms of Service and applicable AI usage policies.
Additional Terms
These terms are supplemental to HighLevel’s Terms of Service. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless the conflict relates solely to Promo-specific eligibility, offer mechanics, promotional access, or promotional pricing, in which case these terms control for the applicable Promo.
HighLevel may update these terms from time to time during the Summer of AI campaign. Updated terms will apply prospectively once posted or otherwise made available by HighLevel.

Sponsor
The Summer of AI: Road to 100,000 Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by HighLevel Inc. (“HighLevel,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By participating in the Challenge, each Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), HighLevel’s Terms of Service, and all applicable HighLevel policies.
Incorporated Terms and Policies
Participation in the Challenge is subject to HighLevel’s Terms of Service and applicable HighLevel policies, including applicable product usage, billing, AI usage, acceptable use, privacy, and platform policies, each as amended from time to time.
Challenge Overview
The Challenge is a performance-based AI adoption competition designed to encourage eligible agencies to activate and use HighLevel AI products across agency sub-accounts during the Challenge Period.
The Challenge is not a lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, or random drawing. Winners are not selected by chance. Awards are determined based on verified Challenge performance, objective scoring criteria, division placement, and eligibility review.
Challenge Period
The Challenge begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Challenge Period”).
Sponsor’s systems and records are the official timekeeping and scoring source for the Challenge.
Eligibility
The Challenge is open to eligible HighLevel agencies and account holders that:
Maintain an active HighLevel account in good standing during the Challenge Period;
Comply with these Terms, HighLevel’s Terms of Service, and all applicable HighLevel policies;
Are not subject to U.S. sanctions, export controls, denied party restrictions, or other legal restrictions;
Are not located in a jurisdiction where the Challenge is prohibited or restricted by law; and
Otherwise satisfy the eligibility criteria stated by HighLevel.
The Challenge is open where permitted by law and void where prohibited or restricted. HighLevel may limit, suspend, or deny participation, scoring, awards, or award fulfillment in any jurisdiction where HighLevel determines that local law, language requirements, tax obligations, prize promotion rules, sanctions/export controls, or administrative requirements make participation unavailable or impractical.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of HighLevel, and any person involved in administering, validating, scoring, or fulfilling the Challenge, are not eligible to receive awards unless expressly approved in writing by HighLevel.
Participation in the Challenge does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship between Participant and HighLevel.
Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
The Challenge is not open to any person or entity subject to U.S. sanctions, export controls, denied party restrictions, or other legal restrictions. HighLevel may deny participation, scoring, award eligibility, or award fulfillment where required or appropriate for sanctions, export control, or legal compliance reasons.
No Purchase Alternative
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY AWARD CATEGORY FOR WHICH A FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Where required by applicable law, HighLevel will provide a free/no-purchase method of participation for Challenge scoring or will exclude the applicable jurisdiction from the affected award category before participation in that award category begins.
Participants who wish to participate through the free/no-purchase method may submit a request at
https://www.gohighlevel.com/summer-entry during the applicable scoring period. Each valid free/no-purchase request will receive one (1) Challenge point, subject to a maximum of five (5) free/no-purchase points per calendar week and sixty (60) total free/no-purchase points during the Challenge Period.
A Participant may not combine free/no-purchase points with points earned through Qualified AI Subscriptions or other standard Challenge scoring activity. A Participant that elects the free/no-purchase method for an award category will participate in that award category using only valid free/no-purchase points, and any standard scoring points for that award category may be disregarded.
Free/no-purchase participation requests must be complete, accurate, individually submitted, and manually submitted by the Participant. Automated, scripted, bulk, duplicative, fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions may be rejected. HighLevel may require additional information to verify eligibility, category selection, and compliance with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated by HighLevel, divisions may include:

HighLevel may adjust division assignments to correct errors, address fraud or abuse, or preserve Challenge integrity.
Participants using the free/no-purchase method must identify the applicable award category or division exactly as listed in the Challenge materials. HighLevel may reject any free/no-purchase request that does not include a valid, complete, and exact category or division name. HighLevel is not responsible for interpreting, correcting, matching, or assigning incomplete, misspelled, ambiguous, or unmatched category submissions.

Monthly scoring periods;
Promotional scoring periods or multipliers announced before the applicable period begins; and

HighLevel may publish applicable scoring methodologies, multipliers, bonus periods, or campaign criteria before or during the Challenge Period through the Challenge page or related Challenge materials.
Free/no-purchase points are subject to the limits and election requirements in the “No Purchase Alternative” section and will be scored separately from, and may not be combined with, points earned through Qualified AI Subscriptions or other standard Challenge activity.
Monthly Reviews and Validation
HighLevel may calculate scores using monthly account snapshots, review periods, validation dates, or other objective review methods.
Only Qualified AI Subscriptions reflected in HighLevel’s records during the applicable review period or validation date will receive scoring credit.

| Gold | $15,000 |
| Platinum | $20,000 |
| Diamond | $30,000 |
Awards are determined based on objective Challenge scoring and eligibility review, not chance. HighLevel may withhold, revoke, substitute, or reallocate awards only where necessary due to fraud, abuse, ineligibility, legal restriction, technical error, inability to verify eligibility, or violation of these Terms.
Tie-Breaking
If Participants achieve identical Challenge scores for an award placement, HighLevel will apply the following tie-breakers in order:
Higher number of Qualified AI Employee Unlimited subscriptions;
Earlier first Qualified AI Employee Unlimited activation date;
Higher percentage of eligible sub-accounts with Qualified AI Subscriptions;
Earlier first Qualified AI Subscription activation date; and
If a tie remains after all applicable tie-breakers, the applicable award amount may be divided equally among the tied Participants.
